I cannot see how to vote on a post!? I can see at the bottom of posts how many votes it has had, and making a reply is simple. But there is nothing there to allow me to vote? What am I missing?

You should see a little circle next to the $ of the post with an arrow pointing upwards - if you click it, that's how you upvote. :)
