RE: The most discussed subject on steemit is steemit, least discussed on twitter is twitter.

I just worry when I see new signups drowning in these rewards discussions from day one, I have even noticed some new accounts talk about nothing but steemit this and steemit that. Imagine when we have comment rewards higher too "if we do", everyone on steemit will be working to solve steemit problems. But steemit problem right now is too many chiefs, not enough Indians, even the few indians we get we quickly make them chiefs working on solving nothing else but steemit problem.

Yes, you're right, and I'd be happy if I never have to post about Steemit again. What we need to do is actively build communities, not tear people down for trying different things. Intense scrutiny on how every dollar is spent results in people having to justify everything and then we get endless circle jerk postings to criticize this or justify that. It's wasting resources that are better spent building, not arguing or policing. When we build communities, will people come along complaining about one or another of them draining the reward pool? We need to bring in more users and enable more short form content, more video, more music, more news, and some great discussions about topics of interest (not about Steemit).

100% agree on that.
