UPDATES ON STEEMIT WORKSHOP 1.0- State of Affairs
This is the 2nd update in the third week of announcing the Steemit-Workshop 1.0; Taking Steemit to the 25Million inhabitants of the City of Lagos Nigeria West Africa!
The @steem-lagos team had increased, it was announced few days ago that @jotmax @cwen @sweetestglo-eu are now on-board @steem-lagos and almost about to secure the venue of the Workshop which is:
LaMango; 3A Adekunle Fajuyi way GRA Ikeja Lagos State Nigeria
It is a popular area in the Center of Lagos, the venue is located close to the Popular Radio Station Bond FM in Ikeja GRA. The Radio Station is 1A while the Venue is 3A on the same Street i.e Adekunle Fajuyi Way. For easy access to all Lagosians; we recommend using The Army Baracks along Mobolaji Bank Anthony way as the major Landmark
Emulating Steemians across the Globe and @Stach in the Oil Rich City of Port Harcourt Nigeria, we @steem-lagos will use the workshop as the opportunity to introduce Steemit to the 25 Million People in the City and also shed lights to the issues of Steemit for any Newbie present after introduction/registration of new/potential attendees of the Workshop. It is our mandate to optimize the Blockchain to Foster the development of Youths in the Country and empowering them through this Workshop series across the City of Lagos with the support of the Community.
We have updated the community of the choice of workshop space available which we are still deliberating on the most economical and Cost Effective one to utilize as a team. Depending on the supports we get from the community; we then choose the affordable work-space which might result in doing the Workshop in Batches. Below is the two options:
Our financial obligations had only depended on the number of supports in terms of upvotes and Tips we have gotten so far in the past days towards this event and we appreciate those who had been there for us. We solicit for more support even in the event of many Upgrade to Steemit and which makes us go on and off which we strongly believe had been worked upon and sorted out.
