That post prompted this article, "WHEN TO TALK OR RATHER WHEN TO SPEAK OUT"
To clear air and avoid doubt, it is important to note that while, silence is golden and save one from danger, it is rather cowardice and demeaning to be silent in a situation that demands the whole truth to be spoken and acted out. You will get lost in the crowd if your voice is not heard. It is in speaking out that you sell your personality. Therefore, today's post centres on the right time, when it is appropriate to speak out. When it is wrong to be silent.

WHEN TO TALK
There are times that your voice is needed to save the day, a time that you must speak out or risk things go wrong. When silent is no longer golden but muddy. That calls for your speak out. Below are enumerated times you must not keep quiet but speak out.
Speak out when the truth is needed. When you have the facts and the truth, don't keep quiet and allow things go wrong. Speak the truth out
Source: Google imageSpeak out if you have the solution to the problem on ground. A lot of people die with their ideas. It is better you speak out and it is rejected than you remain silent especially when you speaking out will not do any harm.
Speak out when your right and freedom of expression are trampled upon. Don't keep silent, reach out with your voice. Yes you may not get the right audience at first but words they say travel like fire especially in this digital era.
Speak out if your words can encourage and inspire a despairing man.
Speak out to uncover the evils in a system you belong. Don't keep quiet when you know the way out of a frustrating and evil stricken system.
Source: Google imageSpeak out to save, to teach and motivate the youth. If you have any information that will help grow the young ones, that will make someone happier and better, then it is time to talk.
Speak out when you have a problem. It is said that problem shared is problem half solved. You never know if your next neighbour has the solution to it. A lot of people die in silence. They hide their problems to themselves until it becomes worse. Don't keep silent it is better to take the shame as some feel and get answers to our challenges than die in silence and shame.
Speak out and ask when you are in need. When you desire a thing you must say it out. It is in asking by speaking out that you will receive.
Speak out to build relationships and friendships. When you don't speak out your mind on a relationship it is a ticket for it's extinction. Nothing kills relationship than silence. A growing relationship is a talking one. You must be open by speaking out your differences and resolving them.
Speak out to improve your social life and be a better person. A talking Person is crowded with friends while a silent man is a lonely man. The more you talk to express yourself and desires, the easier it is for you to get even and make good success.

In conclusion, it is good to be silent when necessary but rather cowardice and self denying to keep silent when our voices are needed. Therefore, it is expedient and crucial to speak out the truth, to pour out our mind, talk about our idea and come out of the crowd. We must not die in silence of need, in times of problem or a serious challenge. When we speak out we deny evil, uncover facts and plant our footprint in the sand of time.

You may not know the value of your words until it is said. Just make sure you say it at the right time.
This piece is good, often times people chooses to be silence- besides if i say a word it won't matter.. It is better knowing when to speak and speaking what is right.
