Nigeria As A Nation

It was on this day in 1960 that the largest, most populated, most united but most diverse black entity in the world was named Nigeria as a nation and republic. Blessed with crude oil, palm oil, coconut oil, palm kernel oil, the country is an oil-rich country, such that no one can enter Nigeria and go back unoiled. You wanna bet? Come to Nigeria and see for yourself.

More About Our Riches

Not just the oil, Nigeria has the perfect soil for agricultural exploits that span through the possibility of producing various crops, including vegetables, fruits, cash crops, trees, tubers, grains, legumes, among other edible foods. One unique thing about Nigeria is that provided you are ready to soil your hands, you can never stay hungry within the shores of our great country.

Permit me to point out that other mineral resources are also present in Nigeria, example, limestones, coal, bitumen, zinc, among others, distributed across the nations topography. This means, if crude oil becomes obsolete, Nigeria has a lot to fall back on.

Who is a Nigerian?

He's smart, intelligent, committed and hardworking. Wherever a Nigerian is, one can easily identify him/her by their intellectual ingenuity in any profession they choose. It's on record that a greater percentage of experts in different fields are Nigerians. Give a Nigerian a chance and he'll create unlimited chances, not just to survive but bring solutions to any daring challenge. My lecturer once said >Nigerians can survive anything and when the conditions are favourable, they can do wonders.

Developed Human Resources

Although the country can not be termed developed, it's only in the context of infrastructures, not human resources. We have the best professors, doctors, engineers, medical personnel, business tycoons, marketers, teachers, farmers and bloggers ( like me). You can't beat a Nigerian in an intellectual contest. Nigerians are unique. We might not have the best roads, but we have the best heads.
