Yeah, that's misleading.
But the correct table with all data is in the post.
That still doesn't answer the question! If the table says "Destroyer - Rocket - 5" does it mean it gets +5 speed on top of its base speed (so the final speed is 3+5=8), or does the speed become exactly 5?
Final speed 5 for destroyer rocket.
