Are the skills attached to a single planet? So far, it looks like both of my planets profit from the same skills.
No I read somewhere that skills are attached to your steem account. They follow your login.
Skill are linked to the user. But in this case, your starter planet has an additional 1 mission it can control.
Can I gift a planet without knowing code ?
