I woke up to a post that looks like its on trending but since I don't do trending I can't say for sure. The point is. the post was positive and offered little room for my pissy and vinegary, perhaps briny brand of steeming.

Succinctly, and to paraphrase: the intent of the post is to ride the wave of all the changes happening on steem whether we love each new attribute or not, as our love for steem shall overcome! The ultimate goal I believe is to come crashing down onto the coasts of Normies and basically make it rain steem.

Create a front end that allows the public to interact with all of us, you know so it feels friendly and inviting? This way people can actually test drive the social mechanisms and discover communities without needing to bother with the math and monetization. If we build nusteem then I believe they will come. And if they're encouraged by us account holders that seem to like it here they will not only join us, but stay.

I'm not talking pie in the sky stuff here, and I'm not saying the rest of you are, but currently new and old steem have a wall built around them that can feel very much like a private club, click, etc. (I'm staying away from the real dirty words that you will find if you google steem)

I'm more inclined to think marketing generally takes care of itself organically in the realm of technology. Steem is technology and if it's a solid offering to the world it will spread. I am interested to see what the allocated funds for SPS churn up in regards to selling steem, and I'm willing to call Keanu and convince him to join all major social media platforms and publicly declare steem, ahem (newsteem) as the victor due to its neo capabilities. One key celebrity endorsement and adoption is what we need and Neo is the ideal candidate. Tentatively I'm proposing we land Keanu both pills Reeves as our spokesperson. Seeing that he is an approachable and reasonable chap I'd imagine we could hook this Hollywood whale with the lure of layered tokens. A little weed, some beer, drama. pal, and of course residual steem payments from all us will surely get the point break star on his steem surf board. 🏄. We must be excellent not bogus and use our transaction speed to get the bomb 🚌 bus rolling to destination bad assery where John Wick gets off everyday.

Of course we will need a female lead cast into our steem celebrity dream. Personally I vote Beyonce as its a package deal with jigga and she can use steem as a forum to denounce sweat shops she was bamboozled into owning. It's a win/win for everyone.
