HF21 (and HF22) were good for Steemit, but I think the newcomers will be here just after next wave of crypto "bubble", I mean next parabolic rise of bitcoin and then new attention of altcoins. It needs time. People will then realize, that there is something like cryptocurrencies. And some of them you can get rewarded for your contribution. So even the price will return to the higher levels after the bigger piece of adoption.
