It's 2.5 a day at 100% - 10 at 25%.
They're the free ones - you can downvote more and use your upvote VP.
I'm sure i just gave out 4 100% DVs and lost 0 upvote power?
Very strange.
It's alright i figured it out - 2.5 a day IF i want my VP to actually recharge up to 100% - I was working on 10 or so taking it down to 0, somehow forgot to factor that 'keep it above 80%' rule in!
Ah, okay :) So much to think about. That's before we get anywhere near steem-engine!
Yeah you should probably take a day off to maximize effect :)
