Your change in communication is impressive, I know you have many great qualities, I also know that you have a desire to help Mr. Pharesim.

Too bad there's no way to help you. And I tried so hard!

I don't need help, the point is to reward those who have ideas, who are creative. Hatred is not the path that leads to a solution.

There's no hatred, don't worry. Only redistribution of rewards from those putting it into their own pockets towards those getting real community support. Nothing personal, as stated countless times already.

I'm not looking at this being personal, it's more about ego, giving downvote instead of rewarding for such good posts.

I'm sorry for your ego!

You are proving with a downvote strategy that your ego is so big and thus you do great harm to everyone, unfortunately your time goes by and you will remain as a negative character throughout this story.

I'm not the one telling others how great my posts are, and complaining about getting downvotes. But maybe my definition of ego is just different from yours ;)

if I may ask.......is that in a more loving, empathetic, supportive, right and kind words way, with a positive mindset and real ideas and actions?

Man has done a lot for society, I really appreciate his work and his desire to change this place to be better for all users. The only thing I disagree with is the way of communication and the approach to solving the crisis and the situation.

I wrote this post so we could all make personal changes together, make better solutions and really be where we can be - on top of the blockchain world.

happy clappy postmodernist perspectives (from the top down), are the reasons steem is in the gutter.
All the colorful, interesting, people have packed and left long ago.
(with a few exceptions).

I didn't keep statistics, but the people I respect and love are still there.

That doesn't add/challenge the point I'm making, though.

Nah, just adapting to his style of fake politeness, as he can't stand people speaking their mind. No love, empathy or support involved. Still acting with a positive mindset though!

It's important not to swear, not to insult.

Why?
This makes no logical sense.

https://www.sciencealert.com/swearing-is-a-sign-of-more-intelligence-not-less-say-scientists

What this collection of studies shows is that there is more to swearing than simply causing offence, or a lack of verbal hygiene. Language is a sophisticated toolkit, and swearing is a part of it.
The fact is that the size of your vocabulary of swear words is linked with your overall vocabulary, and swearing is inextricably linked to the experience and expression of feelings and emotions.
Richard Stephens, Senior Lecturer in Psychology, Keele University

If swearing is a sign of higher intelligence, you're saying that it's important they do not express themselves as they wish?

If you insult a really stupid person by pointing out their stupidity, this is a bad thing?
how so?
Insults can lead to thought. And thinking is good. Honest.

Important to who? You?

A lot of swearing and cursing comments were removed by steemit policymakers, that is good progress for public viewing of platform

Appealing to a authority to do something is the antithesis of a free speech platform.

'Swearing' is subjective.

If I find 'flyski' the most disgusting swear word in the world, do I have the right to get your name removed?

Your argument is subjective, not objective

Objectively swearing and cursing words are removed by steemit owners , you and me just members of this platform.

It is important that we transcend the personal ego because the Ego is the killer of intelligence. It is important for this mode of communication to have a better character, to advance at all levels. Before anyone is sentenced, they should talk to him, be told about mistakes, and be heard because he may have good ideas, can help the community, or bring in businesses that will adopt Steem. Penalties can badly affect people, so we can diminish our reputation, Steem value, and repel millions of new users. None of us wants that. The bottom line is that everything changes, everyone can be polite, also more new users who have nice posts need to be supported instead of just voting on people to earn more. But voting is not the only solution, downvote is not the correct pedagogical, psychological measure that stimulates development. The trending page is still with the same names, there is not one problem but this is an educational problem that needs to be solved with creative ideas, projects. Instead of bragging about how many people we have banished, destroyed, we should brag when we bring in new users, when we invest in Steem, and when everyone's interests are ahead of individuals. All in all, I agree, except in the case of negative incentives, a system that is much fairer, that gives everyone a chance to be a blogger, some to be marketing gurus and some to be investors, should be created.

I believe that positive communication, positive solutions are what attract people and that new and better steps should be taken through education that will explain the essence. It is best to have blogging schools to help new users learn how to write great posts.

I believe that everything will change very quickly, I also believe that together we can do a lot more for Steem.

Have a nice day and Goodnight - We Win Together

Actually, your voting scheme has been improving even more the last two days. Seems like negative incentives actually do their job, it just takes some endurance.
If you manage to get rid of the last 20% going to the biggest vote trader of the platform, we can finally move on.

Good morning , what did I miss , is comment this about subject above or something else

I vote for who I want, and you show me where this should not be done in the rules?

Show me when you manage to change the way you vote on Steemit with the strongest bloggers, then I'll believe this story.
