Attitude implies a positive attitude towards oneself, towards life, ideas, family, friends, work. There are different types of people in every company or society, this diversity or pluralism is great if everyone has a positive attitude. Basically everyone on the Steem blockchain wants to raise the value of Steem, for the company and the number of users to grow and to have a good position and reputation. In order to achieve supreme success and to see a large number of new investors, it is important that we now turn to constructive ideas and projects, to allow freedom of thought and action, to stimulate individuals who have a strong desire to create a positive environment. Instead of a downvote, we can put a ban on the personal list, instead of punishing, we can suspend the spammer for 7 days so he can't write posts or one day, etc. Instead of penalties, we can introduce the education of individuals, we need to help people learn how to become successful bloggers, how to write great posts. A positive attitude is the energy of creation, the energy of enthusiasm that becomes contagious when the waves of success and positive creativity are triggered. The positive attitude is practised and we start with thoughts, words, and in the end, our works smell of something beautiful and successful.

Respect is something that should be the foundation on which we build our whole lives, all relationships with family and children, with friends and business partners. If we act from a position of respect on the Steem blockchain then everyone will think about the needs of others, will not want to hurt anyone, or enforce personal doctrines of justice. We don't have to aim to have some strong players against other strong players or one team against another team, all of us together are one team that needs to win in the blockchain world. That is why there is good communication, a positive attitude and respect as the foundation on which we need to build our success building.

The question is whether we should support other users, new users, whether we should support creative posts, I say absolutely, but our family, friends and children should also be supported. Steem has the foundation to change a lot for the better, but only when the rules are adjusted to be the same for everyone. Let's say when the same faces are on a trend page, it just tells me that their posts are not the best, but that they are people supported by the same group of people who have a lot of Steem Power. Of course, there are some exceptional bloggers who deserve to be on the trending page every day, but there are also many posts that have 0 cents and are even better than those on the trending page. This is due to the logic that the system pays more to give the vote to those who have high earnings in the post than to those who do not.

This means that those who vote only have no interest in voting for new users who are not on the trending page. If we reverse this rule and give more money when it comes to new low-earning users, then everything will change. Also if we stop Steem production instead of inflation, then we will have growth and there is no need to have downvotes. Instead of Steem, we can create a large number of new Steem tokens and thus expand the network of users, Steem should be our fixed-number Bitcoin - it should be the elite coin.

Understand others so they understand you. Downvote users who carry out a negative campaign, believing that the value of Steem will grow because of it, have the right to do so, but this is not the only way and is not a good way. There are two groups of people here, those who have Steem power and who can use force mostly on the weaker ones, and those who are so-called hustlers and who give guidance on who should be attacked. Justification is required in some statistics that do not really represent honest statistics, as this would be seen on the trending page. I understand their way, but I do not justify it. If we all understand each other in a professional and positive way, then we will surely find much more efficient solutions and much more cost-effective for all of us and for all users.

I see Steem who has a mission to defeat world poverty, I believe in it and I will really do my best to achieve that goal. I understand that I am not a great blogger, I am not even among the better ones, but I also believe I can say a few positive thoughts that may affect the Steem community. Now is the time for us all to take one positive path together, it is time to give our maximum because that energy of support and positive change will bring joy, a smile and more value to the whole Steem ecosystem.

The value is not only based on the best technology, those who have the best management team win. If we have unity then I am sure we will achieve the best results, we have a lot of energy that we need to direct a positive campaign that will bring us an increase in Steem value. I do not see that there are enemies here, I just see what people think in different ways and that it needs to be harmonized in a synergistic way. I propose that whales, orcs and dolphins all be together in creative workshops and to have quality conversations that will move us to a higher level of success.

I have to say that there is no perfect man, we are all sinning and that is why it is good to lower our ego level because we will come to greater well-being. I have made many mistakes, but it is important for me to progress in my path of success and knowledge. If each of us brings just one small positive impulse, at one point we will have a huge avalanche of ideas, creative solutions and successful results. Positive attitude, respect and understanding are the foundations on which we build our future, we deserve to be the Steem future that is already happening.
