At first glance it may seem as if not a lot more downvotes are occurring post HF but I think it may be due to most abusers quickly having learned that we won't stand for their shit anymore and have backed down.
Especially the usual suspects who stopped posting in advance already. Next turn is for the farm voters and votetraders.

We need a bit of help with the second lot, though. Looking at the accounts and posts that @tarazkp posted about, there are many, and a co-ordinated approach would have more effect, rather than random downvoting.
