‘Raciste’ and ‘racisme’ crop up regularly in the works of late-19th and early-20th century French agitators, and Trotsky's use was in a treatise titled "What In National Socialism"...about the Nazis. Nazis are conceivably "dissenters of communist ideology", but they weren't exactly "noncomformists"
