due to peer review fraud

The journal Tumor Biology is retracting 107 research papers after discovering that the authors faked the peer review process. This isn’t the journal’s first rodeo. Late last year, 58 papers were retracted from seven different journals— 25 came from Tumor Biology for the same reason.
It’s possible to fake peer review because authors are often asked to suggest potential reviewers for their own papers. This is done because research subjects are often blindingly niche; a researcher working in a sub-sub-field may be more aware than the journal editor of who is best-placed to assess the work.
But some journals go further and request, or allow, authors to submit the contact details of these potential reviewers. If the editor isn’t aware of the potential for a scam, they then merrily send the requests for review out to fake e-mail addresses, often using the names of actual researchers. And at the other end of the fake e-mail address is someone who’s in on the game and happy to send in a friendly review.

Thank you so much for bringing this to light. I can't help but wonder. how many patients were treated accordingly to the information that was outlined in those research papers. For someone to publish something that has the potential to cause cause harm. This is nothing but criminal.

I don't even need to debunk any of those myths as they right off the bat again dismiss the obvious and marginalize it to one study when in fact this has been studied for DECADES before Wakefield, mercury is poison.

Table salt and a heavy metal known to cause numerous adverse effects in the ma mal nervous system at even trace amounts (<5ppm) are two worlds of difference, and removing that context is wrong.
guilt by association technique huh? If there was no problems with the papers why were they withdrawn? Who cares what a journalist says...it's all fake news anyway isn't it?
That's a complex question fallacy also known as loaded question fallacy three times. Best stick with arguments about data and verifiable at that.
The thing is that mercury was studied and linked numerous times to neurological adverse effects, it's not as if that was the first or last time casualty could be inferred from the data.
So much of scientific research is fraudulent nowadays. The corrupting influence of big pharma is well known - they pay for grants, they have achieved regulatory capture (as seen with the revolving door between the top posts in the supposed regulators & big pharma), they have been caught & fined many billions of $ over the past decade in different countries for suppressing research results that led to HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of unnecessary deaths (but of course, no one goes to jail), they conduct an endless misinformation campaign against any natural medicine (often through fake charities or campaigning organisations). In other words, this is old news.
As for the 'bogus vaccine paper' you mentioned, I'd advise you not to drink the Kool-Aid. I feel that I'm well placed to comment, I have treated many hundreds of vaccine-injured kids. It's a massive scandal. They are knowingly injuring children for profit.
