Ecuador Rising!
Great news out of Ecuador, a country I've grown to love after spending a considerable amount of time there. According to UN reports, since 2006 Ecuador is leading Latin America in a reduction of poverty and crime. Coming from a history riddled with problems I'm happy to share this report I found on Cuenca Highlife.
