Las Vegas: Police Scanner Audio Reveals Police Identified Multiple Shooting Sites And Looked For Multiple Shooters. Was The 4th Floor 'Shooter' Actually A Strobe Light?
I posted earlier about how 2 videos show shots appearing to come from the 4th floor of the mandalay bay hotel in las vegas - I have now listened to an hour of police scanner audio which describes a chaotic scene and apparently that the light on the 4th floor may have been a strobe light.
The audio was posted to Youtube, via 'Broadcastify' which is a site that streams emergency service radio feeds. I have transcribed the relevant parts of the audio which describe the police's thoughts on the location and number of the shooter(s).
As promised, I will be posting again shortly on the topic of the symbolism visible at the event.
Summary
Police initially had difficulty tracking the origin of the shots and encountered witnesses saying that shots were coming from multiple shooters.
Police and hotel security identified that shots were coming from several floors in the Mandalay Bay complex - including 32, 29 and other officers pointed to the 14th floor area too.
Strangely, one officer reports a strobe light being seen on the side of the building that shots were originating from - which may be the light seen in the two videos I shared earlier. It is rather strange to have a strobe light flashing in such a location - but that does explain why the audio of the shots on the videos do not match up with the flash sequence of the light.
Audio Transcript
4:41: “shots are coming from gate 7”
I gather that the gate numbers refer to the gates in the concert area
5:25: “It’s coming from like the 50th or 60th floor, North of the mandalay bay – it’s coming out of windmill”
I gather that 'windmill' refers to the three winged building at the Mandalay bay complex since it looks a bit like a windmill
5:40: “multiple flashes in the middle of mandalay bay on the north side. Kind of on the west tower, towards the center of the casino, like one of the middle floors”
6:20: “i’m inside the mandalay bay on the 31st floor, I can hear the automatic fire coming from one floor ahead – one floor above us.”
7:05: “flashing coming from about a third of the way up, center tower – mandalay bay”
(The tower has 43 stories, so 1/3 would be the 14th floor)
9:10: (The shooter is located on the) “15th floor on the mandalay bay”
13:39: “we are taking fire form a very high floor, we believe it is coming from the mandalay bay”
14:35: “there is a strobe light coming from one of those windows on the east side”
15:10: “civilians saying that there might have been 3 shooters”
15:18: “we’ve interviewed multiple people leaving the concert on the north side of hacienda, east side of las vegas boulevard saying that there are multiple people who have been shot or have been shooting.”
18:05: “we spoke to the security at mandalay bay, they’re saying they have shots fired on 29 and 32nd levels”
18:40 “security officer shot on the 32nd floor”
19:36: “we will need the 29th floor – it sounds like it’s confirmed there are at least 2 shooters with fully automatic weapons”
47:10: “confirming the mandalay bay and alibaba and guiles are the two shooting locations, do we have a third?”
(I am unsure of the names of these locations and cannot find them on a map - I am also unsure if the police officer is possibly describing police sniper team locations - as opposed to hostile target locations).
I’ve read reports of shootings in other casinos including caesars, Aria, and NYNY. There have been pics posted by people who were in those casinos showing people running for their lives on other social media. Wonder why they’d be covering that up? If it’s to push gun control they really screwed it up bc a lot of facts just don’t add up.
I hope independent journalists crack this open and bring the real news to light.
I have seen such claims too, but the ones I saw (and posted here previously) were for casinos a way away from the music event, so at least those ones weren't targeting the music event and cannot be said to have played a part in the high list of casualties.
I haven't seen any photos from other casinos though, I would be interested to see them if you remember where the are?
I don't know if this is fake news or what but it's circulated this week. A woman posted a video at the Bellagio which was shown to be on lock down after shots were allegedly fired at that hotel. It is possible they did lock down the hotel without shots being fired there as a security precaution or maybe shots were fired. I wasn't there so I can't say.
There's also a story I read earlier this week about shots being fired at Caesar's Palace shortly after the Mandalay Bay incident but I can't seem to find it now.
And then of course there's the mainstream media playing the other reports off as fake news.

I'm sure some of it was as some people will do anything for attention but who knows what is to be believed any more.

It's too early to make final conclusion. When I see this events I always think on MK ULTRA and similar shit progrmans making fragile people in murderers.

its really looking like another false flag , the shooter on the 4th flood video of muzzle flashes, which seem to be synched with the gun shot sounds , the dead patsie in a room full of guns on the 32nd floor , it seems obvious to me , yet everyone i know only watches the TV and they dont have a clue
If you look again at the video of the fourth floor, you will see that the flashes are not correctly synced with the gunshots and do actually look more like a strobe light of some kind.
The delay in shooting sound, and the "strobe light"...Thats just because of the eco effect in such a large open urban setting such as Vegas. In the Marine Corps I used to notice a sound delay
between muzzle flash, and the sound, when we were urban warfare training just like this!!
I know there were echoes, they can be heard on different videos. There is no way around the basic physics of the sounds either being massively 'late' from the flashes - or simply not being heard at all.
there was also a police radio broadcast that said there was a shooter on the 4th floor , but multiple shooters were reported ,

0.45 sec in the video the "echo" starts shooting first. Could be the sound from the other window. But that does not seem plausible to me at this moment.

It's not physically 'easy' to shoot fully automatic rifles for extended periods. Let alone 10 min!!! If you think about it, it does make sense. Recoil, jamming, heat, smoke, etc. Bringing up another point, I can't believe we haven't heard about alarms going off??? The smoke alarms on the 32nd floor surely should have gone off and I would assume throughout the building? I smell patsy and diss information!!
somewhere I read he built platforms to shoot from - so he could have mounted the heavy guns to those - which would stop the recoil.
the videos from the cab driver shows that there were no alarms going off on the ground floor early on and the police scanner also makes no mention of alarms. i don't know enough about the guns and ammo involved to comment on the smoke - but i know that smokeless ammo exists.
And housekeeping would not notice platforms being built? This all stinks to high heaven and drugged patsy that was either dead or shot by those coming in? Very correct, there is a lot of information being passed around, most of it does not glue very well together. Could this be the perfect distraction from something bigger?
From what I've read it sound fairly impossible to fire that many rounds without lots of heat and by consequence smoke from grease/oil in the gun and the gun powder. Let alone the gases that would have built up?
How does someone bring in 23 guns and thousands of rounds of ammo and camera devices to record oncoming police? Into a casino that I would expect to have major security cameras and security personnel monitor everything. Seems Like a lot of luggage for one person going to same room. They are protecting millions of dollars in casino earnings.
If it was to be done stealthily it would only require a large bag being taken in and out repeatedly.
Yes but those two separate rooms with broken windows is a huge red flag there was multple shooters and $100,000 transferred to the Philipeans tells me it was ISIS related.
