Breaking News: The president of the NAACP was arrested Tuesday night!
NAACP President Cornell William Brooks and youth and college director Stephen Green were among the protesters handcuffed and taken into police custody in Mobile, Ala.

The Actions of the few, can shake the many! With protests gaining national attention it seems violence is the attention grabber. Here we see a peaceful protest, fall by the wayside yet again.
The reasoning behind this protest is a strong one, as many believe the office of attorney general is a prominent office position to hold.
"We’re standing in, by sitting in, a long tradition of civil disobedience in this country," Mr. Brooks told Vice News in an interview from Sessions' office.

The outcome may only be that of a few headliners on new media outlets, yet the stance is bold and risky.
When you vote for your local and federal government choices, take into account the actions of those who sometimes do not gain national spotlight. For the NAACP president to take such a stance, to the point of arrest, it makes me take a second look at why, what they are doing, and how they are doing it.

The NAACP was once a respected civil rights organization. Now, however, it is little more than a Marxist propaganda machine. In this case, the Marxist wing of the Democratic Party fears an AG Jeff Sessions, so, like Ferguson and all the other #FakeNews dumped upon America, these creeps go after a man that they already know hasn't a racist bone in their body. This is nothing more than an Alinsky character assassination attempt. Expect more.
Wow, a very strong and loaded opinion. Honestly though, I agree. I feel there are so many radical politically loaded groups now a days that they go off half cocked.
Most of the time, like this story you see good people losing their cool and throwing away their reputation for a simple cause, that usually wasn't a good one.
Honestly, I would of had no part in this but I feel with a group as prominent as NAACP it has gotten to the point where even people in power are not aware of the damage they cause themselves.
Marxists do not CARE about damage to their reputations, nor do they even entertain the thought that anything they do or say might cause that. They hold only one thing sacred: Their victims are all monumentally stupid - too stupid, in fact, to realize how evil "progressive" Democrats have become. For a guy who voted for JFK, I find this truth absolutely nauseating. MLK would roll over in his grave if he knew what the NAACP has become, and American blacks who believe ANYTHING these bastards have to say need their heads examined. Perhaps that is what Trump referred to when he asked inner city blacks "What have you got to lose?"

Thank you very much, I try to make stories out of small subjects with deeper meaning. My attempt here seemed to shed light on something of importance, the biggest reason I do it is because there is a severe underlying issue of ignorance in today's world.

There are so many stubborn people, they grab at the first sparkly thing and then forget how easy it was to grab. Then I find they tend to hold onto it no matter the cost, friends, even family. Fighting against each other for what?
I try to keep a neutral position when it comes to politics, as well... honestly all sides have their flaws and it isn't always black and white... or red and blue.
Never is , the problem is that people think a color means something , when in reality its more than what they ascribe to it. Red could be aggression , could be love , could be pain , could be rage , but it's a color its neither of those things. And another thing they then think that the opposite side can be treated just the same way, but they paint it in a negative light.
It's just stupid to think that politics and ideals can change the world. Sure it's a start , it could even be a great driver for most , but ultimately actions alone bring about change , good or bad. That's why I don't like censourship, or control of media , or social programs , or political agitations.
People should be free to choose to participate if they like or to pass on if they don't find it fitting. It's great to have the opportunity to recieve welfare for instance , but that shouldn't mean that everyone is entitled to it. I'm also against rights , animal , human , whatever. There is one rule to go by on that and that is: "Do onto others as you want them to do onto you." and that is the basis of respect. I for one like the natural world. Water isn't here because it has a right to be here , water is here because life is here and they go together and if we trash our planet we will just have rivers of goo and plastic. But yeah if a bear comes you wont argue politics, you'll run. I for one would like to avoid shooting animals , but I don't think banning guns is right either.
So since I'm loosing any sense , I would like to see free thinking individuals , that go about life and know that the choice is in their hands and that the consequences are theirs. And also I would like to promote some understanding between "factions" . Another Greek Philosophy would be "I know one thing: that I know nothing" and "know thy self" , which are the basis of personal growth.
Yes yes! The phrase: "Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you."
Not only on point, but absolutely true in how you want to live a good life full of relationships and happiness.
I think you summed up the simplicity of foolishness in this statement:
If people were to think more this way than others, it would mean they understand more of their lack of understanding and then will seek to understand. (As I would hope)
