Serious flood disasters in Vietnam
- On October 14, the people of the area in Central Vietnam, experiencing heavy rain history for more than 50 years. The flood came suddenly causing serious damage to people and property. People are having to fight the flood of shortages of food, drinking water, medicines. Health facilities stop functioning, the isolated homes. The relief organizations face many difficulties because of floods undrawn. People have to drink dirty water in the river.
