Thank you sincerely for writing this. Leaving these determinations to people who by default are hostile to market solutions is not an option.
I'm still a bit anxious that they'll just put the same rules in somewhere else and maybe we'll have another confused "look what horrible happened thing happened"-backlash.
But as long as we keep working, I'm sure we can overcome these potential issues.
Yes the progressive lobby is very annoying. They are the reason why taxes are over 80% in Europe. They should better shut up about "solutions". All they bring is misery.
