AFL Coward Punch Attack
People are calling for criminal charges to be laid after Andrew Gaff punched Andrew Brayshaw in the face breaking his jaw and almost dislodging 4 teeth.
The punch was somewhat unprovoked, Brayshaw was pushing and shoving Gaff but this is football after all. Pushing and shoving your opponent is a tactic of the game to try and wear down your opponent. I used to do that all the time playing football as a kid.
Dockers coach Ross Lyon had this to say:
“I’ve got an 18-year-old kid that I saw in a real mess when I came down to the rooms and his mum in tears as I was walking in,”
Prominent lawyers have come out and said that they have seen people go to jail for cases which don't even come close to the severity of this.
It will be interesting to see this unfold, just because your an AFL star doesn't mean your exempt from the law.
This is also a bad example we are setting for our children if we allow this kind of thing.

We as parents must set a good example for our children to teach them values first, make them honest and respect people thanks for sharing greetings.
