I really hope this is satire.. I think the USA government had a rule in creating ISIS but, I don't think CNN or The American gov't ACTUALLY is ISIS.
CNN is not the government. And saying that CNN is ISIS is saying memetic way of saying that they are information terrorists, which they are.
Oh, I agree with what you said whole heartedly. Maybe I just took the title a bit too literal. I do think however that the government had a role in creating ISIS and the Taliban. They gave them weapons in the Bush Sr administration and trained them to fight against their enemies but, we basically fucked them over so now. Their against the US and have been radicalized.
Actually the US government is supplying indirectly ISIS with weapons! So not only they do helped create it but they still support it indirectly.
