Is PDA okay?

India is a very conservative country. Kissing and hugging in public is still looked down upon. However, youngsters who consider themselves modern are shunning this taboo and indulging in public display of affection all not to the liking of the conservative lot. The law in India forbids people from indulging in obscene acts that annoys others.

When harmones are raging, you don't think about the consequences, do you? A couple let people do what they did the best, i.e. complain and take offence when their harmones got out of control. The young couple made out in full public glaze in a busy street in Mumbai's famous Marine Drive. They didn't bother people clicking pictures and filming them and continues to do it till police came in the scene.

The couple got back to their senses and tried fixing their clothes and hair to appear normal when police arrived and vouched for their innocence and claimed that they were just hugging each other. The guy however escaped and the police got hold of the girl and started enquiring her.

According to police the girl seems to be mentally unstable as she is giving confusing statements. Appears like she is under the influence of drugs. Cops are still looking for the man who appears to be foreign national.

This is not an isolated case. There are many young couple who make out anywhere and everywhere in full public glare. Parks, gardens, movie theaters and also public transports. I wonder why can these young men and women book a room for themselves and enjoy in privacy.
