Once done, then PM (private message) @bitnow your Twitter usernames and FB user with your new ripa address created in the wallet. Send your address to @bitnow or @wazzy on Telegram or Slack

At this moment, vote or un-vote and register delegates can only be done from the desktop client. Updates to the web / lite wallet are almost ready, as well as the mobile application. Until release, please install desktop client if you wish to vote for a delegate or register one.

Step by step Desktop Client Install instructions: Windows
# After downloading, run the installer and install the Ripa Client to the default location on your computer or any location of your choice. Disable firewall and anti-virus just for installation, don’t worry, it’s safe, it’s open source and it’s secure.
# After installation is complete, check the “Run Ripaclient” box and click “Finish”
# Once open, click “CREATE ACCOUNT”
# Save the 12 word passphrase in a safe place and click “NEXT” Do not lose this as without it you will lose access to your wallet nor will you be able to send XPX, withdraw or vote for delegates.
You will be asked to input 3 words from your passphrase to confirm creation of the account, then click “CREATE” once inserted correctly your account is now active and ready for transacting on the Ripa Network.
Your account is now active. Here is a quick description of your wallet and what does what.
- This is Your unique Ripa Address or Account number. This is the wallet address used to receive funds.
- Your balance is displayed here
- Click this to Send Funds
- The 3 vertical dots opens up other menu options
- Your transaction list
- To vote, click the “VOTE” tab

- Opens your wallet in Explorer
- Removes account from current wallet….
- Label your wallet for easy identification
- Register your wallet as a Delegate (Cost 25XPX) See How to Register a Ripa Delegate
- Used to timestamp documents 6. Create a second passphrase for added security.
It is advised to create a second passphrase for added security, especially for forging delegates.
Once you have your Ripa address, you can share this with Giovanni in a private message to receive your bounty / reward.
Do not share your passphrase / second passphrase as your funds will be at risk.
