Why is Bacon talking about Active Measures? Why his he talking about a Hoax Wars video that doesn't exist? These paragraphs were clearly written by RDS. Anybody who has viewed Frank Bacon's comments know that he is infantile and illiterate. Check out his comments under my blog posts for graphic examples. Unfortunately, since this comment was posted here, I will have to address the fallacies and I will act 'as if' Bacon actually wrote it.
Where is the video interview link that Bacon is supposedly quoting from? Bacon never provides any verifiable documentation when he makes false statements. Here are links to actual court documents in the fake law suit filed by the CIA double agent Robert David Steele Vivas, son of a Colombian mother.
The Federal Judge ruled that Queen Tut aka Carla Howell is the actual defendant in the court case. Susan Lutzke is NOT a defendant or a party to the suit. This is a fact. Please read the ruling dated March 9, 2018.

Bacon cannot provide any evidence because he is not intellectually qualified to produce a research document.
For example: He states different times in his paragraphs...(40:35) & (41:06) that are supposedly related to some statements made by QT...but WHERE are the audio links to these statements?? Bacon wants you to accept his statements without providing evidence. Oh...Bacon will tell you to check out the link to the Meroz blog... but that's misdirection...because he never provides any recording of Queen Tut. Where's the recording?
