Bitcoin Ban Expands Across Credit Cards

  • @JPMorgan Chase & Co. and @Bank of @America Corp., the largest banks, said they’re halting purchases of @Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on their @credit @cards.

  • Growing number of big U.S. credit-card issuers are deciding they don’t want to finance a falling knife.

  • @JPMorgan, enacting the ban Saturday, doesn’t want the credit risk associated with the transactions, said Mary Jane Rogers, a spokeswoman for the firm.

  • @Bank of America began declining credit card transactions with known crypto exchanges on Friday. The policy applies to all personal and business credit cards issued by the bank, it said in a memo.

  • ''The move doesn’t affect debit cards, according to Betty Riess, a spokeswoman for the Charlotte, North Carolina-based lender.''

  • @Why they ban the credit cards transactions exact when the BTC price dropped ?

  • I think I'm going to start believing in the conspiracy even more

  • What do you think about it?

Are these credit cards and debit cards, or just credit cards?

Makes sense to me that they would cancel at least until the price settles. Which it has to do. How they will implement the use of credit cards based on crypto is completely foreign to me still. Why haven’t they got a credit card based on the stock market? Kind of risky business. 🐓🐓

I'm confused atm , because i don't know if they try to stop people from buying for good or they stop people from buying because this cryptocurrency will go up very soon

What craziness with this cryptocurrency! I just started a month ago to be interested about this things. I appreciate you very much, guys, that you know so many things about it. Well done!
