German Diesel Summit has been moved for security reasons
Protesters disrupted the Diesel Summit in Germany had and therefore it had to be moved. The outcome of the summit is that diesel causes more nitrogen oxides than gasoline, yet the emission of the carbon dioxide is significantly lower. There is clearly a major threat to the German auto industry, since many German car producers had switched to diesel engines. The fallout of the emission scandal has to start to erupt. Worldwide lawyers are preparing for some huge claims. Goverments as well as private companies.
