Hillary: If I'm So President, No Operation Land Attack ISIS
WASHINGTON - Candidates for President of the United States (US) from the Democrats, Hillary Clinton stated, there will never be a ground operation against ISIS if he becomes US president. This means, there will be no US troops would be sent to Syria and Iraq to fight the group.
Speaking in front of his supporters in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Clinton insisted he was not going to like Donald Trump. According to Clinton, the idea to conduct ground operations in Syria will be declined outright if he becomes US Preiden later.
"Donald (Trump) have talked a lot about ISIS. He talks about sending ground troops, American ground forces. But, that kind of thing would I remove as far as possible," said Clinton, as reported by Sputnik on Tuesday (16/8).
However, some people doubt Hillary's commitment to that. These doubts arise because while Hillary served as US Secretary of State, Hillary is the man behind the aggressive US policies abroad.
One of the policies the US has ever approved Hillary is a military operation in Libya to depose Muammar Gaddafi. The military operation was indeed a success to overthrow Gaddafi, but the impact is currently stuck in the Libyan civil war, caused by power struggles.
