Music News Today: Google redesigns Play Music

Play Music app refresh

Google just gave its Play Music app on Android TV a fresh redesign. Version 8.1 skipped some colours of the previous design, now you see orange accents and a dark theme by maintaining the usual UI.

Some of the navigation elements are not part of the older wows but are accessible as separate screens within the “My Music” area. Rest is still similar but visually improved. Please note this is only an update on Android TV version NOT on the smartphone yet.
