As Well As World War 3, Apparently

What an insane way to start the brand new year... If you have just gotten back from taking a break from all things news and technology related, and woke up this morning to find yourself considering finding some nuclear bunker somewhere, but the only reason you didn't really take it seriously was because you heard all this on CNN. Well then welcome to sixth day of 2020 where we are now literally 5 seconds from world war 3, according to the far superior and just unimaginably more clever, and don't forget super woke, folks in Hollywood and blue check wanna be famous social media elite telling us the end is nigh.

What has the orange man done this time? Well, he killed another terrorist, this time from Iran, Qassem Soleimani, the head of Iran's elite Quds military force and overwhelming despised by most Iranians for his crimes against the Iranian people. There was nothing good about this guy, but like the saying goes, if Trump had to come out and say water was just the best thing ever, the left would say it's the worst and stop drinking it. The same goes for this, there are actual people now coming out and apologizing to Iran for taking out an actual genocidal maniac.

The other part about this story is that people are now loosing their minds about this and believe that it will now be the beginning of a 3rd world war. Because Iran considers what Trump has done as an act of war, which is pretty rich coming from a country with the worst human rights violations of any place on earth, and a never ending list of war crimes going, but hey let's ignore all that because a known terrorist who has massacred millions was killed in a drone strike.

I also need to address the timing of this, which in my opinion probably doesn't look good especially with Trump tweeting that Obama did it only from re-election we he started a war, just pointing out the hypocrisy there. Although, the US didn't technically start this one, their embassy was attacked. The upside of this is that Trump is now moving out all troops from Iran like he promised he would do, but I still getting information on everything that's happening with this story as it develops. My general rule of thumb is, when actors and media try to tell us about what the moral high ground on a particular topic is, that when I usually call bull shit.

I find it quite fascinating that you are accusing another country of being "stupid" for their strong reaction against the assassination of the Iranian General by the United States of America acting on President Trump's orders. Now, mind you, I have a very basic and rudimentary knowledge of how politics and diplomacy works but I am certain it is better than your understanding of it.

Let me make it clear that I neither agree with nor deny the "crimes" you so dearly believe that the deceased General is responsible; it might be true, it might not be true. Now, let us analyze the situation.

General Qassem Suleimani is (was) one of the most decorated generals of the Iranian Military force. His status in the country was said to be second only to the President of Iran. He was one of the leading figures of the Middle East in the war against ISIS (who everyone can agree are terrible). Iran and the U.S.A can be said to have a rather tense relationship since even before his assassination considering how Trump vehemently opposed the nuclear deal with Iran. What Trump wants is simple; heavy restrictions against Iran's nuclear program. The U.S.A already considers itself as a "World Police" (more like world bully). In such a situation, in order to dampen Iran's nuclear program, assassinating one of the leading figures in the country is definitely not the right step forward. Whatever crimes that the U.S.A claim he has committed against Americans, no evidence has been provided for it yet. This is just like when the U.S.A claimed Iraq had "nuclear weapons", despite evidence suggesting otherwise, and brazenly invaded and nearly destroyed the country only to find that they were wrong.

Let us not forget that a large number of terrorist organizations in and around the world are basically a handiwork of the C.I.A. and they have no remorse for it whatsoever. The U.S.A have destroyed who knows how many lives around the world due to their aggressiveness and lack of regard for the welfare of other countries and its people. They only care for their benefits, especially at the cost of the others misery. Now, the U.S.A expects Iran to do nothing, quite evident from all their threats, and even expects the country to be thankful for it. LOL.

A simple example to describe the situation would be, someone entering your house and killing your child, claiming that they have committed a heinous act of terror against you without providing any evidence whatsoever, and then expect you to do nothing about it and just sit quietly and rejoice over the death of your child.

I refuse to believe that anyone in the U.S. Government expects that Iran will sit quietly after this incident; no one that dumb should be allowed to head a government. Trump did not even get the approval of Congress before taking this decision which shows how arrogant and brazen he is. The President of U.S.A. definitely took the decision fully being aware of the consequences of his actions and it is only a matter of time before the whole situation escalates into something disastrous.

I find it rich that you are accusing others of being stupid.

Very well said. Thank you.

While you are certainly correct regarding Iran's reaction to the assassination of Gen. Suleimani, I note that you seem to regard the creation and continuous deployment of ISIS by the US and the West generally as unimportant. Perhaps you are not aware of the fact that ISIS is the means the CIA used to create the incomparable profit center the ME has become for war profiteers. If so, I commend you to the necessary research to ascertain the relevant facts, today matters of public record.

Stupid is as stupid does, so sayeth the sage. Whether or not Suleimani was a terrorist or Iranian hero matters little in a global conflict in which the last President of the USA deliberately assassinated an American child without even an accusation of any criminal act whatsoever. If American President's have been handed such precedent, which, again, is a matter of public record, being surprised that they feel authorized to assassinate foreign military personnel is incredibly naive.

Any presumption of lawful governance is ludicrous. Power is the only limit Trump can be expected to respect.

I never accused another country for being stupid, I accused the MSM along with celebrities of being stupid, maybe try following the rudimentary point of my argument. Of course some people in Iran, especially those loyal to the authoritarian state of Iran, would be fucked off if their top general was blown to tiny bits, any country would be. But then there are all those folks from Iran who were very happy with what Trump did, you know because of those "crimes" you choose to neither accept or deny. Just because someone is popular doesn't make them a good guy, remember how popular Hitler was.

I also don't recall legitimizing the actions taken by the US government in killing the general of another country, that was quiet questionable, again there is unfortunately a lot facts us keyboard warriors don't know, or in your case, choose to accept or deny.

The US has been responsible for some pretty insane shit like the war on terror and let's not forget Libya, but let's rather not argue legitimacy of what the US did in comparison to Iran of all places. I'll use your simple example, it's like being pissed off when someone enters your house and kills your child, when you have been doing that to everyone else around you, but you have also been killing and raping your own kids. Oh shit forgot, you neither agree with nor deny these well established facts that have been happening in Iran for the last 40 years.

You post starts with "Today in stupid". But yes, sure, lie through your face to make yourself feel better and also to have a higher moral standpoint in case you are out of things to counter with. By your logic, the U.S.A. is one of the most popular countries in the world; does not make them 'the good guys'.

The U.S.A has a long and rather outstanding of screwing countries over for the very simplest and childish of reasons. And your so-called "facts", well if they were true, then he should have been declared a 'terrorist' by the biggest terrorists in the world; the C.I.A.

But sure, keep trying to come up with more bogus propaganda articles and then defend them in the most idiotic way possible. That would be trending "Today in Stupid".
Have a nice day :)

Talk about one of the most hypocritical pieces of doublespeak I have ever read....
Speaking of Propaganda, you have just spread a ton of Mainstream Propaganda, while simultaneously calling others stupid...

Did you do your research of Soleimani from Fox Snooze or something?
You are spreading the very Rothschild Zionist Tripe that they want spread.

Soleimnai RUINED ISIS. That is why he had to go. That is why the constant lies about everything, that you are continuing to spread instead of being vigilant.

ISIS = Israeli Secret Intelligence Service

Also notice that you are continuing the spread of the disinfo, making it appear that Iranians attacked the embassy, when it was Iraqis.

Shame.

Well, yes it was predominantly Iraqis that attacked the embassy but the attack was led by an Iraqi group supported and sponsored by Iran. It's also true that Soleimani did a great job against ISIS. But that doesn't somehow excuse the horrible things he has done. FWIW, I'm fully supportive of the U.S. packing up and leaving the Middle East completely and hope Trump accomplishes that to at least some degree (as he has claimed he wants to do). But I also think that Soleimani was a pretty horrible person. Regardless of what happens with the U.S. military presence in the Middle East, the U.S., at least under Trump, will respond disproportionately to attacks against U.S. interests (like embassies for instance.) I agree with Trump in at least that regard.

I'm fully supportive of the U.S. packing up and leaving the Middle East completely

^^This yes indeed!

And, END ALL AID TO ISRAEL
And, Punish all War Criminal Treasonous Senate/Congress for Treason. We already have the laws. ENFORCE THEM. They are all beholden and sworn 1st loyalty to the State of Israel via AIPAC.

No need to call out Israel exclusively. End ALL foreign aid. Charity should be an individual choice not that foreign aid usually amounts to that anyway.

End ALL foreign aid.

I so agree. That is my usual mantra, however in this particular case, and in many upcoming cases, the focus will be placed on Israel. Once they stop running the USA, then I will be able to finally spread that focus out more evenly when/if my country acts like the attack dog for another country other than Israel. The Saudis (also in bed with Israel) can share a whole lot of that focus however...others too, but Rothschild/Israel is literally running our government/media/warmachine.
That is why I singled them out exclusively. But yes, End all Foreign Aid!

"... Iran considers what Trump has done as an act of war, which is pretty rich coming from a country with the worst human rights violations of any place on earth..."

I find this mystifying, informed as I am regarding Abu Ghraib and it's direct descent from Nuremberg.

"...we he started a war..."

I reckon this typo a revelatory Freudian slip. It is demonstrable that the purpose of government is to provide a vector for profiteering, and no profiteering is more profitable than war profiteering. Politics is war by less profitable means, I reckon. Accordingly, we should see margins widen appreciably as new profit centers for the most crass of the capital class become available. Reducing propaganda to this basis reveals a central and ubiquitous coherent purpose underlying it all.

While I suspect you also grasp this fact, I am struggling to reconcile that with characterizing Suleimani as the worst of the worst terrorists. He seems to merely have been merely more financially successful than most, rather than more vicious.

Thanks!

When you speak of Abu Gharib, are you speaking of the 50 years it was used to torture and kill thousands of people by the Iraqi government without consequence or the three years that the U.S. used it in which time some soldiers tortured some prisoners which led to 17 soldiers being court-martialed, some of which received significant prison time in addition to dishonorable discharge and other consequences? I'm not trying to defend anything the U.S. did there but just putting it in perspective. The U.S. isn't very good at torturing people compared to places like Iraq and Iran. At least not by volume.

Iran frequently finds itself in the top 10 list of human rights violations by various organizations. As Suleimani has been perhaps the most instrumental person in carrying out the policies that have led to that categorization over recent years I think categorizing him as "worst of the worst" is perhaps only a slight exaggeration. Not that that's the primary reason he was killed of course. Saudi Arabia also finds itself in those lists sometimes too and it's not as if we are killing people there.

I reckon we are both against torture, wherever it is executed.

I will therefore not delve deeply into the School of the Americas, and the direct link between the USA and tin pot dictators around the world. Neither will I dive into the political machinations surrounding propaganda surrounding media pronouncements regarding human rights.

I want to simply agree with you that torture is bad, terrorism is bad, and people of good intent must refuse to condone or support it every.single.time.

I don't want to get confused by sorting out fact from propaganda, as I am not competent to fail to do should I more deeply descend into the pit of horror the debate about who did what when to who is certain to become.

My intent with my comment was to express surprise at what appeared to me to be an uncharacteristic devolution into partisan support for one group of murderous torturers over another by @morkrock. I have understood and long supported his apparent stance that all such evil needs to be opposed, and I hope I do not now witness the beginning of his support of one such group over another.

Thanks!

I do appreciate what Ricky said last night on the Golden Globes.
