Two months ago I wrote an article how 2 Brown University scientists in conjunction with NASA found water on the moon. https://steemit.com/science/@mithrilweed/scientists-confirm-the-moon-may-be-covered-in-water

After this discovery NASA started The Resource Prospector which, "aims to be the first mining expedition on another world." I'm elated over this type of news because it shows that we are heading in the correct direction when it comes to space and planet exploration. https://www.nasa.gov/resource-prospector

This 1 step forward 2 steps back mentality that NASA is implementing is counter productive to say the least. I understand that allocated funds towards NASA are cut with every president but wtf?! Completely disgusted at what has transpired. Can't we start a "GoFundMe" project or maybe a steem or sbd project and show the world that it can be accomplished. NASA is suppose to have the brightest minds but sometimes I wonder...
