In a Significant legal victory for removing some of the rape culture out of law Enforcement...
"State lawmakers pass bill barring cops from having sex with detainees"

This is wonderful news...... But for those of us who research the multitude of moral and ethical issues inundating 21st-century law enforcement we know full well there are more than 30 other states in the US where it's perfectly legal for police officers to have "sex" with people while they're in custody.

A little known disturbing fact..................

You see, it being legal for cops to have "sex" with their victims in custody or in handcuffs puts the person that the pigs are having "sex" with under the potential for being coerced into "sex".
The leverage of possibly being set free is always ever present in the minds of people while they're being held against their will by police.

Imagine locking someone in a cage and saying "Hey there pretty girl!, I'll let you out if you blow me?"
This type of sick ass behavior would be rape, kidnapping and or felony coercion under any other circumstances.

However, since law enforcement officers are committing these heinous acts society seems to be OK with it.
All the cops have to say to get away with rape is "she was asking for it" or
"She or He wanted me to have sex with them"

This harsh reality should have millions of Americans up in arms with pitchforks and torches beating their legislators doors down. But since we live in a society that worships "authority figures" most of us will still go about our daily business, sleep soundly at night, tolerate, and facilitate this creepy shit behind closed doors.
Out of sight, out of mind as the saying goes, Unless you want to count the unheard screams of the millions of rape victims that have been met by deaf ears throughout the history of American law enforcement.

Untold millions of men and women have been raped in police custody. Law-enforcement is one of the only professions aside from the priesthood where systemic rape is habitually covered up.
In fact, many of these rape victims are threatened with criminal charges if they make complaints.
