Well, it's English, so the meaning should be apparent, all but the homophonetic play at least.
Eye is the same as to say I, and there is but the One central Eye that is so important in life, and it is likewise to say Aye(Ai), which in the west proclaims "agreeance" et al and in the east "love".
So, there is but one I - Solipsism, one Eye - the Parietal Eye and one "Aye/Ai" - the Force of Love.

Are you trying to show every one your superior mastery of the perverse English language or trying to get someone to understand what you are saying?
I am unfortunately unable to elaborate any further than what I already have, but I am certain that someone will come along and bridge the gap before 'eternity has ended'.
I don't really care... "understanding" comprehension... doesn't make the slightest difference for me, standing on a precipice.
My intention is to deliver perspective. There is no other point to life, but that, and what we make of it.
