Will Mexico Bring An End To The War On Drugs?
Mexico's new president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador says he wants to decriminalize all drugs and negotiate with the US to do the same. Jason is skeptical about the move, questioning the likelihood of drug cartels transforming into legitimate businesses and of course private for profit prisons will not want to give up the chance to lock up non-violent drug offenders.
