Craig Hemke is the founder and editor of the popular TF Metals Report blog and podcast, covering precious metals, the financial markets, and greater economic trends. Hemke provides accurate technical analysis and price forecasting in the metals markets for the short, intermediate and long term. Most recently, he called "The Bottom" in gold when all other analysts were expecting lower prices.
As indicated by his nom de plume "Turd Ferguson," Hemke tries to provide some levity to the traditionally stodgy financial world. He is often seen in his online videos wearing dark sunglasses and a rather large, silly yellow foam hat. (The name "Turd Ferguson" originally came from a Saturday Night Live skit.)
Hemke was a licensed securities professional (Series 7) for nearly twenty years. Disgruntled by the fraud known as "financial planning," he retired to a career as a "serial entrepreneur" in 2008. In 2011, spurred by fans of his comments on Zero Hedge, Hemke started his own blog, which has since expanded to a full online community with a passionate group of avid followers.

I first heard about Steemit on the Kaiser Report. Damn, I though I was the only English speaking person to fall under the spell of RT's "propaganda". ;-)
RT in English simply gave a chance to the Western journalists who were censored for decades. For example, this guy Lee Camp on “Redacted Tonight”, started as a voice of “Occupy Wall Street” movement, and therefore never had a slightest chance in MSM.
Max Keiser was a stock broker who got sick of looking at the rising con job at the stock market. Abby Martin was arrested for speaking the truth even when she left RT… Iron Curtain is on the other side now :)
