The concept of the crossover Mitsubishi e-Evolution will receive three electric motors and artificial intelligence with the regime of "instructor on driving"
We have already told you about the concept of the electric crossover Mitsubishi e-Evolution , which the Japanese automaker is going to present at the Tokyo Motor Show. Despite the fact that before the official announcement for another three weeks, the creators of the concept decided to share a number of additional photos of the exterior and some technical details of the novelty.
Kinds from the front and side parts of the concept open up a very bright and aggressive design, which definitely will not get to the production model in an unchanged form. The front and rear windows are maximally sloping, which forms a fast silhouette of the trendy "coupe-like crossover". Despite the hood of complex shape, the designers did not have the courage to part with the "radiator grille", which does not carry a functional load in electric vehicles.
The developers said that they will equip the all-wheel drive crossover Mitsubishi e-Evolution with three electric motors, one of which will be installed on the front axle, and the other two will be on the rear, where the electronic torque distribution system will produce the required force for each of the wheels. Data on engine power and battery capacity are not yet announced.
A very active role in the management of an electric vehicle will be taken by artificial intelligence. It will navigate in the current situation with the help of a set of cameras and sensors installed in the front of the e-Evolution, helping the driver to drive an electric vehicle. In addition to unmanned functions, artificial intelligence will be able to work in the "coaching function" mode, indicating to the driver errors and correcting the piloting style with the instructions on the digital instrument panel and voice dialogue.
Recall that this concept is part of the Alliance-2022 Alliance Alliance presented by Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, within the framework of which 12 serial electric vehicles and 40 models with unmanned capabilities of different levels will be produced in the next six years.
