After much flailing, failing, head scratching, and staring blankly into the STEEM.GLOBAL server's mind coupled a bit of help from @gtg I've managed to get our networks only STEEM faucet and seed-node once again serving it's purpose to spread STEEM across the land.

A few minor changes have been made to the operations of the site. Seemingly between the STEEM network hardforking last and updates to plugins used by my CMS running the front end something borked terribly.. A small list of changes on the site include what is below:

• Payout per a day increased from 0.050 to 0.143 STEEM per 24 period

• Minimum withdrawal is now 1 STEEM

• Maximum withdrawal is now 1 STEEM

• You may withdraw 1 STEEM as many times as your balance allows

• SCRATCH CARDS! [Experimental]

These changes skirt a bug that one of the plugins seems to have now which made it sometimes not bother sending STEEM. Will put some more work into the site later.
