Weird News: Kitty Saved From Under a Traffic Light Pole

Left at a busy San Antonio intersection, a now abandoned was forced to take refuge under a hollowed out traffic pole. Unable to escape his hiding place, this little guy survived three days before finally being rescued by animal control officers. It took 2 days for the Transportation and Capital Improvements Department to lure out the frightened and stuck animal.

After an almost absurb amount of effort, he is now safe and, after veterinary care, in the process of finding a new and loving home. My cat is no longer allowed to even look out the window at the intersection.
