The UN on Philippines' war on drugs

So, the UN Human Rights Council wants to form an independent international investigation on what is happening in the country.
They can do that, but get the FACTS. Be impartial and unbiased with their findings. By all means, come to the Philippines and investigate.
Tell the world the TRUTH. The 21 million common Filipinos who voted for President Duterte want that.
