Can one find this in the mainstream news? I doubt it. QUITE UNLIKELY.

Though I found an old article from October of 2016 about President Duterte's plan of freeing some elderly and sick prisoners...this news from yesterday might not have any cover at all.

Except of course from his supporters whose only access by the public is through facebook.

    They probably have..but ive read elderly and sickly inmates were pardoned from 70 yrs old. Some couldn't even leave as very sick, the rest have no families nor places to go to.

      yeah..we are very judgmental sometimes, esp to those from prison. it's like there's nothing more to live for and to go to.
