How much did the military spend yesterday? $14 billion
The military was back at it yesterday with its largest spending total in several months. And all the usual suspects were cashing in, including Boeing, Northrop Grumman, L3, Rockwell Collins, Booz Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics, and BAE. The big winner yesterday, though, was Lockheed Martin with a $542 million contract for ancillary mission equipment in support of F-35 Lightning II aircraft.
