HOW TO MAKE SUPER CHEAP CARBON FIBRE ARMOUR AT HOME

Step 1, purchase some fibreglass sheets and accompanying resin and hardening accelerator.

Step 2, buy or make some charcoal, if you have access to black sand or volcanic ash that would be better.
Black sand is commonly found when panning or looking for gold the reason for that is because it is very heavy or dense just like gold but unlike gold extremely durable when added to resins.

Step 3, add your ground up charcoal which doesn't quite want to be a powder but not far off to your resin.

Step 4, Make your armour, the best way to have the most effective armour is to have 3mm layers and have dry layers between them, dry meaning no resin on the sheets.
They also want to be as crisscrossed as possible, this layer is what destroys and pulls apart the projectile.
I personally recommend at least two dry layers of the same thickness as the wet, also in the dry layers infuse with your charcoal or black sand or volcanic ash if you have access to it.

Only a high powered 50 calibre sniper rifle at close range and perfectly square on will be able to get through it and that would struggle without armoured piercing rounds.

For face protection use just wet layers but at least 10mm thick and use layered and tempered glass with plastic lamination for your visual window being sure to have shatter proof plastic on the inside closest to your eyes.

This is not expensive to make and would save your life if mp5's light machine guns like armed response use.
They don't have the mass to get through even though they are traveling at a high speed.

If I had access to the technology I could make people bullet proof with no armour just the correct electronics and if there's any Tavistock members monitoring this page they'll know what I mean.

There's plenty of ways to stop a bullet, the cheapest is that carbon fibre.

Of course it means being creative when making it to size and fit but that's all personal fitting only you can fit you so to speak.

If they're willing to kill all of the public then there's everyone's answer on what they really need to do.

Protect yourselves, you won't get new eyes etc.

Copy what I've written or screen shot it and write the instructions down.

ITS NOT AN OFFENCE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE CARBON FIBRE AND IF IT CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE THEN ITS KNOWLEDGE WORTH HAVING.
