WASHINGTON, D.C./LONDON - US President Donald Trump has referred to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s decision to allow the Chinese tech giant Huawei to take part in Britain’s 5G roll-out as a “betrayal”, The Daily Mail reported. It is understood that the US president used the term when speaking with a senior White House official and not directly with Johnson. Britain’s prime minister was said to have endured an “apoplectic” reaction from Trump in a difficult phone call this month after Huawei was granted a limited role in Britain’s burgeoning 5G infrastructure. The US has long lobbied its allies, including... Continue ->

By Hanne Nabintu Herland This analysis documents falsified accusations against Abdullah al-Senussi presented in the media in 2011, and calls for his release from prison in Tripoli, Libya. He is over 70 years old, has health issues and his release will demonstrate good will for national reconciliation as Libya seeks to unify the nation. Abdullah al-Senussi is the brother-in-law of the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, married to the sister of Safia Farkash, Fatima Farkash. Abdullah al-Senussi was also Gaddafi's intelligence chief and stated in a rare TV interview in 2011 as Libya was being attacked by NATO forces: "I am surprised how the crusader West... Continue ->

Why the Coming Economic Collapse Will NOT be Caused by Corona Virus

Published 2020-02-27 14:33:34 by Matthew Ehret in Anglo-5, Finance, Headline-News, News, Politics, United-Kingdom, United-States

With Monday's 1000 point stock market plunge the internet has been set ablaze with discussion of a new crash looming on the horizon. The fact that such a chain reaction collapse was only kept at bay due to massive liquidity injections by the Federal Reserve's overnight repo loans should not be ignored. These injections which began in September 2019, have grown to over $100 billion per night... all that to support the largest financial bubble in human history with global derivatives estimated at $1.2 quadrillion (20 times the global GDP!). Sadly economic illiteracy is so pervasive among today's modern economists... Continue ->
