2018 FARM BILL FOR HEMP NOT IN AFFECT for 2019 GROWING SEASON
As of the date of this post (3-17-2019), irregardless of what you have heard, planting "HEMP" under the newly passed 2018 Farm Bill is not allowed for the 2019 growing season!
" Question 7: When can growers begin planting hemp in compliance with the authorities of the 2018 Farm Bill?

Oh, what fun...we have to wait on bureaucrats to get their shit together before we can start getting legal hemp products easier. Hemp grows in a ton of different soils where other things can't grow and repairs soils after other plants. It also can be used for a ton of different things, including as an alternative to opiates. Hemp is going to be a HUGE cash crop. They need to get this shit done, as it's holding up a nation of farmers and consumers who want goods made from the product.
I can't wait until I can get hemp oil and hemp butter cheap. It's a great source of omegas.
