BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:40 P.M.) - A new set of Russian Su-35c jets were filmed on Tuesday escorting Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu from Moscow to Damascus. More than 1,300 people coming from Russia’s North Caucasus Republic of Dagestan have joined Syrian militants, the head of Dagestan’s National Guard department, Magomed Baachilov, has told reporters.
