There is a news from indian exchange Zebpay which might make you feel good. Yesterday they announced that they are working with their banking partner and will refund all the INR balances which users are having in their ₹ wallet. They haven't confirmed any concrete date but they said that they are working to make it soonest possible. They also clarified that there is no problem holding cryptos in their wallets as crypto to crypto trade will be working as usual.
It's a fantastic news for users who are holding INR holding in zebpay. At least this is the time when they will get their funds back. They are also working with govt bodies and blockchain experts for the upcoming hearing on 11 sep 2018.
