I currently cannot figure out how to get a photo in as my "profile picture."
You know, the one in the little circle! I'm sure others are having this issue as they are also new and I can see many are still the grey silhouette.

Its under settings. If you are using a web browser you have paste a link to an image from imgur or google images. You cannot upload an image at least i haven't figured out how to that directly to steam it.
