5 ways to encourage your online community to comment and follow your blog…Ep 1 (Newbie must read)

Everybody wants to engage his community on his blog. And we all busy to find new methods to get results. Here are 5 proven techniques that will work. I used word “online community” because these techniques are applicable to different communities. STEEMIT community is my priority for finding the best techniques. You have to decide which technique will work and which will not work with your given audience. Start with 2 or 3 for an experiment then keep adding. 1 Post inspiring content
You established the community with an Entertainment objective in mind and have rightly communicated your purpose to the members. You have to chose content posts which make sound and help those objective on which community can reflect. Your words must be appealing and powerful which build your brand identity.
Work on daily base especially on steemit. publish 3 to 5 post daily.

2 Involve reader With a Question
Every reader wants to questions let them use their voice in the form of comments.
Ask your fans to share about their preferences. But keep your question simple ,related to your post and keep monitor feedback.
. When Skittles asked fans to describe the moment they opened a pack of the candy, the post received over 5,000 interactions.

London Drugs asks their fans to weigh in on either/or questions.

3 Give a Shout-out to Your Customers
If you have little following, keep remember people love to see their content and their friend’s content on brands blog. So you can use your followers content to give your post a viral push through specific communities that are close to the content creator.
Starbucks showcased a talented customer’s drawing as their cover photo, then provided a shout-out to this dedicated customer by including a link to the artist’s Instagram profile in the image description.

Every few weeks, Walmart creates a new seasonal cover image with photos of real people from their fan base.
4 Share Quotes
Quotes are great source for engaging people’s “Me, too!” feelings. A quote can brings lots of comments on your post. Because lots of people have same feeling for that post. They must will come to your post and leave few fords on your post
Just like Apple used imagery of iconic 20th-century personalities in its “Think Different” campaign, you can use quotes from icons to reinforce your company’s brand.
Disney uses quotes from their feature films to inspire, relate to and create funny moments with their audience. Each quote is posted with a full image to increase engagement.

5 Ask Readers to Add to Your Numbered List
A big attraction on blog article is numbered lists. It makes your post easy to read and reader know when they click on a post like “ 9 best Ways to do Twitter for Business ,” they are going to find 9 clear ways to do business on Twitter. The best way to get comments from people on these types of articles is to ask them to add to the list.
