Good luck with your contest to try and help new steemit memebers! But remember there are a lot of spammers and people trying to game the system with many alternate accounts that are always below 40 reputation and they tend to scam everyone , this is why some contests require a 40 rep plus in order to enter like the Wold Cup contest so someone cant come along with like 50 accounts and upvote each other and enter 50 different times etc. Its a very difficult thing to tell the new members from a scammer sometimes. also why some bots wont upvote below 40 rep or they charge a lot to use them with a 20 minute wait time because of such scammers.
