Features: It would be nice to add tabs for different purposes, not just steem posts. As part of it, I think steem should grow not only on posts but community uses like crowdfunding.

A crowfunding tab could be great to generate SBD from outside steem. I saw a post by @cfminer where he crowdfunded a mining rig and people would "stake" their SBD and receive part of the profits from the rig. More ideas like these can motivate people to invest not only on delegations or voting-bots but also on projects that will reward them with SBD obtained from exchanges or other sources not just from post rewards.

This also diversifies the investment. And keep the SBD from tanking too fast. Like in the rig example. The profits from the rig will but SBD from an exchange and send it to investors, so SBD price will go up a little.

New crowding proposals can include a budget and predicted profits that the investors benefit. Does not need to be a mining rig, could be a taco stand for that matters, or other ideas. This also creates more "real application" and outside revenue for the steem platform.
